As personified in the movie, “Miss Congeniality,” pageant contestants often replied their on-stage question with some form of the statement that they wanted to have “world peace.”
The answer is cliche, but really peace does begin with a smile. It begins with each of us in our small family, friend, and neighborhood circles.
